Beef
Tomatoes (two)
Gingers
Garlics
Salt
Pepper
Chinese prickly ash
First, cut all the beef into small pieces,
and then wash them. Clean all the gingers and garlics. Cut them into small
pieces as well.
Second, heat the oil in the pot, then put
some Chinese prickly ash in the pot. After this, you need to put all the beef in
the pot to cook them together until half cooked.
Third, pour some water in another pot and
wait to boil it.
Fourth, put the beef in the boiling water,
