Post #2: Hot pot



In china, people often eat hot pot when the weather is getting cooler. The best season to eat hot pot is winter. Because hot pot makes people feel warm and full.
The first word people come up with when they talk about hot pot is spicy. The reason is that the hot pot originates from Sichuan Province. Sichuan province is famous for the spicy dishes. However, there is also not spicy hot pot; this is for the people who cannot eat spicy food.
For the students who study abroad, the hot pot is easy for them to make if they miss Chinese food.
The first thing you need is an induction cooker. And then prepare all the food you need for the hot pot. For example, beef, pork, shrimp, tomatoes, potatoes, and all the food you like. And the most important thing is the Hotpot condiment. The order of making hotpot is very easy.
First, boiling the water by the induction cooker, and then put the Hotpot condiment into the cooker. Second, you need to put the food you prepare into the cooker. The order is put the meat first because the vegetables are easy to be cooked. So put the vegetables later to make sure they are very fresh. Remember, you don’t need to put all the things to the pot. You can put some food, and when you finish, you can put some again. Keeping the pot cooking all the time. You can adjust the temperature of the cooker when you are eating. You don’t need to cook it, just put the food into the water, and wait. That’s all. It is very easy! Every can make it. The Hotpot condiment can find in the Chinese restaurant or the Asian market.
