Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs, this dish is one of the most popular dishes in Shanghai. As long as you go to the restaurants or go to the wedding feast, this dish must appear on the table. You can tell the taste by its name. It tastes a little bit sweet and sour. It is not complicated to make.

The materials you need to prepare:
Pork ribs
Cooking wine
Cooking starch
Rock candy
Soy sauce
Salt
Oil

First, you need to wash the pork ribs, and cut them into small pieces.
Second, put all the pork ribs in the big bowl. Add some salt and cooking wine into the bowl to pickle them for half an hour.
Third, add the cooking starch on the pork ribs, make them cover all the pork ribs. Make sure that the the cooking starch are around the pork ribs.
Fourth, heat the pot, and add some oil into the pot. Then fried the pork ribs into golden.
Fifth, pull the ribs out and wash the pot. Then boiling some water in the pot and pot a rock candy into the water and make it melt. Besides, you need to wait the water to dry. And later put the pork ribs in, and make they dip into the sauce.
Finally, add some soy sauce into the pot, and cook pork ribs together. Then you are done!
