Post #8: Pork Braise in Soy Sauce





















This Pork Braise in Soy Sauce is a very common dish. Almost every family know how to make it. It is not very difficult, and everyone can learn how to cook this dish. This dish is popular in a lot of places, but the way to cook it is a little bit different. South people like to use soy sauce and sugar to make the pork colorful and tender. However, north people like to make it more salty and tasty.

The materials you need to prepare:

Streaky pork

Soy sauce

Rock candy

Cooking wine

Green onions

Gingers

 First, you need to wash all the streaky pork and cut it into pieces. Then put them into boiling water to boil the pork. After this, you need to take them out the water and make them dry naturally.

Second, wash all the green onions and gingers. Besides, you need to prepare the rock candy for cooking.

Third, heat the pot and put some oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, put all the green onions and gingers into the pot. And then cook them.

Fourth, put all the pork into the pot. Use the high heat to cook, after cooking for a while, when the pork is almost well cooked, pour the cooking wine and the soy sauce into the pot. In the end, do not forget to put the rock candy.

Fifth, add some water in the pot, make sure the water has covered all the pork. Use the high heat to boiling it.

Sixth, when the water is boiling, turn the high heat to lower heat. And use this small fire to simmer for almost 45 minutes. Then, turn to high heat to make the juice and make sure the pork are tasty. It needs about 15 minutes.

Finally, take them out and it is done! It is not difficult. Just try it~
