Post #7: Beef Stew Radish

This soup is very good in winter. When you eat this soup, you will feel warm and comfortable. The beef and white radish taste very good when they match together. But remember, do not add too much sauce into the soup, otherwise, they will cover the taste of the beef and white radish. This soup can warm your heart of homesick.

The materials you need to prepare:
Beef
Pepper
White radish
Green onions
Ginger
Salt
Soy sauce
Cooking wine
Sugar 

First, cut the green onions and ginger into short stalks. Then cut the beef into small pieces. Wash the beef and put them into the boiling water. Later, take them out, wash the blood water cover on the beef.
Second, heat another pot, and put the oil into it. When the oil is hot, put all the green onions and ginger into the pot. Finally put the beef into it and cook.
Third, when the beef is well cooked, you need to add the soy sauce and cooking wine into the pot. Then continue cooking.
Fourth, add some hot water into the pot. Besides, you need to add green onions, gingers and pepper. Use high heat and then low heat to boiling around 30 minutes.
Fifth, put white radish into the pot, when it is well cooked, the soup is done!

Tips:
Do not add too much soy sauce in the soup. This does not only destroy the color of the soup but also ruin the taste the soup.
The longer time you stew the beef, the more tender beef will be.
When the soup is done, you can add some fresh green onions on the soup to make it look better.
