Post #11: Crucian carp soup


In China, people always think that eat fish can make kids smart. Therefore, the parents often encourage their children to eat fish. In winter, it is a good idea to eat fish soup in cold seasons. My mom usually cook the crucian carp soup for us when the weather is getting cooler. It is not only tasty but also good for our health.
The materials you need to prepare:
Crucian carp
Gingers
Green onions
Salt
First, you need to clean the crucian carp, take all the viscera out of the fish. Then use the kitchen paper towel to dry all the water on the fish body to make sure when you fry it, the fish skin can keep perfectly.
Second, heat the pot with the oil. When the oil is hot, use the small fire to fry the fish. At the same time, you need to boil the hot water in another pot. When the fish is well cooked, put the fish into the boiling water.
Third, wash the green onions and gingers. Cut them into small pieces and then put them into the hot pot. When the water is boiling, use small fire to cook one hour. Do not forget to add some salt. Then it is done!
Tips:
You can add come vegetables you like into the soup when you cook.
